Photography Studio Rental Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WK Studio (“the Studio”). By renting our studio space and equipment, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Studio Rental Agreement

1.1. The Studio offers rental services to photographers on an hourly, daily, or monthly basis.

1.2. Rental hours and rates are determined at the time of booking and may vary depending on the specific package selected.

1.3. Rental agreements are binding and subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Equipment Usage and Care

2.1. Clients are responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment provided by the Studio. Any damage caused to the equipment during the rental period is the client’s responsibility, and the client will be charged for any necessary repairs or replacement costs.

2.2. Clients should notify the Studio immediately if they notice any issues or malfunctions with the equipment during their rental period.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1. Clients must make a reservation in advance for studio rental services. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the rental.

3.2. We have NO Cancellations and No Refund Policy. However, any cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to fees or approval of Studio Owner.

4. Studio Rules and Regulations

4.1. Clients are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while using the Studio.

4.2. No illegal substances, or hazardous materials are allowed within the Studio premises.

4.3. Clients are responsible for their guests’ behavior and should ensure their adherence to these terms and conditions.

5. Liability and Damages

5.1. The Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to clients, their guests, or their property while using the Studio.

5.2. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the Studio’s premises, equipment, or property during their rental period.

6. Photography Rights

6.1. If the photoshoot is done by the Studio Photographer, The Studio reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken within the Studio premises for marketing and promotional purposes.

6.2. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary model releases or permissions from individuals featured in their photographs.

7. Termination and Refusal of Service

7.1. The Studio reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement if clients fail to adhere to these terms and conditions or engage in any disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

7.2. The Studio may refuse service to clients who have violated previous rental agreements or have outstanding unpaid fees.
